People will stick their noses at that. But then they'd have to be quickly reminded than Ranieiri won the title with Leicester City by being the most "English" style manager to win the league since I can remember. No ticky tacky bollox, no tinkering and changing, just simple tactics, pure hard work and in your face football.

We SHOULD build from within, however I don't think Unsworth and Ferguson are ready. But that doesn't mean they shouldn't be able too in the future. Especially since United look to be doing exactly that with Giggs!, my money would be on Unsworth being a better coach than Giggs any day.

We should keep a close eye on Alan Stubbs. This weekend he may just win the Scottish FA Cup with a championship side.

A little point about Emery, his team did not win one away game last season.

He still managed to Finish 7th as well as winning the Euroupa league for the third time in a row. I'd love to have him in charge for next season.

Not for me, to go a whole season and no away wins is not good, no wonder he only managed 7th. Never mind europe one has took at the PL first and foremost.
