Next manager discussion (poll reset 21/05/2016)

If Emery was interested i would go for him. I want a manager who will have players run through brick walls for the cause and can adapt tactically to situations.

Not sure of the language barrier would be an issue or if he would be interested.

Shame about Mourinho if it's true he's off to the mancs, managers like him don't come available everyday so I was hopeful we could be in with a shout.

Just not sure about De Boer, especially the times someone has posted articles on here and he sounds like Martinez mkII. I haven't seen any Ajax games though so can't comment.

I simply want a winner who will come in and hit the ground running and get rid of any of the big mouthed tits who think they are too good for our club and those who simply aren't good enough

Genuine question... given that he is leaving Zenit, does AVB have a job lined up? Only ask because he literally hasn't been mentioned once and his odds are c50/1?

I'm then leaving as is, which is 5 options - 4 managers who the bookies on average consider to be the most likely, plus 'other'. I'll remove Moyes when he's confirmed to Villa - until then, whether we like it or not - whether we like it or not, no matter how outside of a chance we think it is - he's considered in contention and a lot of fans would have him back;

De Boer seems a reasonable choice on paper; experienced winner, good with youth, free agent. Seems like there's some doubts over his style of football, which sounds a bit Martinezy but with being able to defend.
