There was an interview with Koeman this year on BBC radio where he was very explicit about his desire to one day return to Barcelona as manager. His reputation at Southampton has burgeoned. Would he really want to put that on the line at another club?

Just putting it out there.

If Koeman backs his ability then he absolutely will want to come to Everton.
We used to be called a sleeping giant. Get it right with us and I still believe we could see some fabulous days and nights ahead.
Southampton can't and never will match our history, passion, and potential. If he doesn't see that it's no loss to us.

ive got a sneeky feeling it might be somone who we havent even mentioned on here... if it was to be peligrenni or de boer or moyes it would have been done and dusted by now. that leaves our candidates of koeman and emery, and they do not look like they are in any rush to leave their present clubs... so it only leaves another choice, one which we are not aware of. if that lucy meacock sentence is anything to go by, it is someone big!!

I have had that feeling that the club have something coming up out of the blue, on our blind side.
