Unsworth as manager is like playing Oviedo at right back - looks possible but you should never play people out of position. He's been great with the U21s, so keep him there.
We need to get a manager in who has a great back room staff, can get us to defend better, can attract in better players through a great scouting network, can operate within a relatively modest budget and is a winner at the highest level.
He/She is also available and won't cost millions to release from a contract.
