Surprised Bielsa was never in the frame. Sure Pep said a few years ago he is the best manager in the world. No club now either.
 

Just read Paul Brown's report in the Star and a bit concerned by his assertion that Emery is in "no hurry" to make a decision. I hope Brown is guessing here, as the last thing we need is to be strung along by Emery for ages, until he decides to stay where he is.
Hopefully, the suggestions that we are aiming to have it sorted this coming week are true.

Swansea swerved him, so why should we have him? Is that not a legitimate question? Do we not class ourselves a level above them, so why would we take a manager who they didnt want?
