Brexit is the annoying amalgamation of the words Britain and Exit and refers to the referendum that is coming up in this country to see if we leave the EU. Basically the government have bottled a huge decision and let the general (ill informed) public vote on it instead a la X factor. It can only end well.

Erm I don't get this, what does nationality have to do with how they manage teams.

Forgive me, but I get the impression that there is a certain style of football in spain. And we just had 3 years of trying to emulate a similar style. I can't say I thought that worked particularly well, myself.
