I have now gotten many different answers to what brexit is.. but I cant figure out which one is true...

Here's a theory.

Perhaps they are waiting to appoint a DoF first and get his input on the manager.

After all, it would make sense to make sure they can work together whatever the combination.

Dutch telegraaf says Koeman is #1 choice. If not available (Koeman has big decision to make) then they (Everton) will move to next target, of which there is Emery and De Boer. Also says BK is a big fan of Koeman (?) and says Moshiri wants a new manager by end of the week.

That article lost any credibility with this misinformed stance that BK has any say.

I wouldn't put much stock in it. Dutch papers always big up dutch players and coaches. There was an article the other day about how de Boer is going to get an offer from us within a week, when it seems he hasn't even been on our radar.
