just heard a shout that we should get les reed
hahhahahaha behave please he is only reason we speaking to koeman now he wants a payday

he has had major fallouts with les in the past

les wants to be in control saints fans hate him would be horrible dof

I once saw Sammy Lee in a gym in town.

In the changies with about 5 RS around him, holding court.

This was a good few years after he left RS.

He had a pair of Liverpool Flip flops on with "SL" tipex'ed down the side.

VERDICT = TIT

I had the misfortune to go a RS game at WBA in 1985-86, and in the warm up there was Sammy Lee doing his thing and I honestly thought some RS blert had pushed his kitted out little kid over the fence to see him run up and down with the players.

My best mate is a Charlton fan and over a pint last week he was having a good chuckle remembering his ill-fated stint as manager. But as he pointed out he loved the club so much he would have driven the team bus to away games if asked. Les Reed is on the Executive Board at Southampton, not sure if our proposed DofF would get that status at Everton?

Just had a look at that Saintsweb forum - jeez, delusions of grandeur or what?! Apparently, Southampton are higher up the food chain than Everton because they've finished above us recently. For as long as I can remember, Southampton have been a pushover - one of those clubs that you never thought about because they weren't a threat and never achieved anything. Looking at what their (lack of) trophies, it's clear that Southampton have always been a mediocre club and not just in my lifetime.

In reality, currently there is probably not much in the respective squads of Everton and Southampton. The difference has been 2 years of mismanagement by Martinez. The ambition at Southampton is probably nowhere near Moshiri's ambition because as a club, they've never had success and we're aiming to rekindle the regular successes we had right through the 20th century.
