I imagine it may be done this evening if it's simply a case of an announcement on the site.

Such things as maximising web traffic - as silly as it sounds - probably play into this.

If not tonight, it'll be very soon.

Reckon this evening for an announcement. How many times have we announced transfers between 5 and 8pm over recent years? Loads! If not, I may join many on here in a bit of rocking.
