I hope when it's gets announced Southampton claim to have an agreement that we don't bid for its players and two days later we buy Virgil.

Just for the lolz

Hahahaha imagine the meltdown - that eliasssss lad on twitter, i actually worry his head would blow off.

Was it Matt Law?

Funny that the case maybe Southampton wanting us not to poach their players so trying to put clauses in - The article was making out like we where Bolton or some terrible club.

It was some lad called Sam Wallace. He wrote that on the 1st June and then on the 4th he wrote this bitter sounding article about how Koeman's leaving for us lol

Sam Wallace was the blert who insisted that Baines was leaving in 2013, that he had submitted a transfer request, that there was nothing we could do to stop it...

Amazing that article like.

Everton’s interest in appointing Ronald Koeman was considered so unlikely to tempt the Southampton manager that key figures at the club cannot recall there even being a meeting about it. The polite answer being that they would not expect to lose a player to Everton, and certainly not their manager.

I wonder if he recalls a meeting now... what a beaut.
