There are two separate markets from what I've seen, either "Next Everton Manager", which are settled upon official announcement (most companies have this market), or "Who Will Be The Manager Of Everton For The First Game Of The 2016/17 Season", which will be paid out at kick off of the first game.

Paid out from Paddy power too, I put the £21 in my account on Koeman after The Esk confirmed it and it was 1/4... I got £27 back . Cheers to the worst bet in history lads!!

What if Koeman dies before the first game? and someone else is suddenly put in change?.. Random I know... despite him actually being the EFC manager, you wouldn't get paid out.
