Has he actually signed anything? Or, is there still scope for him to change his mind?

Seems bizarre why if he's signed a contract (as most are suggesting), why it hasn't been announced by the club. I see no benefit in announcing a 'double appointment' with a DoF - this delay just creates uncertainty for all parties.

Confirmation two days ago the compensation has been agreed with Southampton, so it should have been confirmed with a press conference when he is back off holiday.

I wonder in the meantime has he had another job offer,maybe the national job for Holland and he is weighing up his options.
