There is plenty to worry about some fraud has just sanctioned Gibson a 2 year extention.
I am sure Gibbo played against S'oton at goodison........ he may have come on as a sub..... but I think he started.......... I could be wrong. If that is the case...... maybe Ron has seen something he likes and thought........... wait till my fitness coach gets hold of him.

I feel for this fitness coach, his head will be well and truly kettled when he starts assessing the squad.

Koeman : Hi Roberto, my fitness coach presumes the Everton lads are in good nick...?

Saw it suggested that this is a move solely to satisfy the homegrown quota (which don't forget is likely to be reduced over the summer - especially if we do end up losing Stones). Sounds plausible, maybe even canny, but to be honest he's exactly the sort of dead wood I'd rather we were clearing out. Just hope the deal was dirt cheap, I'd be surprised if he was much in demand. If he keeps his head down and puts in some serviceable sub appearances maybe we can rehabilitate his reputation enough to sell him on in a year or two. Hey, maybe this move is a sort of reverse statement of intent - look, we can even throw money away on Gibbo!

That's all well and good mate but without trying to sound condescending, how many contracts has your company overseen for football clubs?

Well unless you think that an employment contract in football is massively different to any other kind of contract I'm not sure what the relevance is? When international companies make agreements in different parts of the world do you think they fly over and sign everything by hand, in person?

Maybe Everton do have a policy of having a wet signature for all contracts, or maybe RK himself insists on it but there is no legal reason why that would have to be the case so as I said, he could sign his contract anywhere in the world and it would make not the slightest bit of difference to him or the Club.

Gibson actually played well in that game, probably the only outfield player to do so. Physically spent after about 65 mins though.

I know this sounds Johnny Depp outlandish, but bear with me here lads : what if EFC is delaying the managerial appointment announcement so they can simultaneously announce a DoF appointment?

A name that has gone under the radar, but one which I feel might hold gravity, is that Sevilla bloke ....Ramon ( Monchi ...to his mates)

Probably a bit left-field, but just thought I'd throw it out there
