Embarrassing how some of the Saints fans are acting like a dumped teenager over Koeman joining a bigger club.

He's gone from being a bloke who they all desperately wanted to stay and who'd only leave them for Arsenal or Barca to an absolute despot who bullied their poor younguns and the club wanted rid of anyway, in the space of 3 weeks.

Revisionist tripe.

Go weep those bitter tears lads.

Sounds like the lukaku thread tbh...

I'm not sure it's that formal, the Jan (our fitness coach) has gone to the board, he's just understandably upset, that he may have to re-settle away from a job he enjoys, and a place where and his family are comfortable and happy.

As you say it's not the end of the world for him, he either stays where he is, or he moves somewhere else probably to make more money, but the idea that if possible he would rather stay at Saints than move his entire family again, isn't that far fetched.
Whenever a manager is sacked/hired, his backroom staff are always unsettled.
Part and parcel of a professional's life when involved in coaching team in football.
None story.

All football fans are fickle, when something good, it's great, when something is bad, it's awful. We're biased, your biased, everyone's biased. Let's just enjoy silly season while it's here, because we will miss it when it's gone

all he had to say was "no thanks Everton, i am not following Ron he is an absolute monster" Jack Schitt said so

Football club coaches know that moving house goes with the territory.

I'm not sure how our fitness coach became the main point of conversation, but I agree that moving clubs isn't the hardest burden in the world, and that he will be used to doing so.

With respect, i think your fitness coach, your manager, and your assistant manager are all happy to be moving to a bigger historical club, on bigger wages, with bigger ambitions, and they are all football men who move around a lot either way, so that wouldn't bother them, and it just seems like one of your fans is in need of serious help and is having a mental break down.

The same manager and staff will do the same to us if they do well and the likes of barcelona etc want him.

Funny how all these so called "itk" posters are only posting "stories" now and not when they happened. If our manager had of ripped into any of our youth players it would of been posted on here or another forum within a day or two. Not months later and 2 weeks after he'd left for somewhere else.

I understand that, but if the roles were reversed and a Everton coach was going to get pinched by United, but he decided to stay, saying he loves working here and loves living in the area, that argument would be a valid one. So you can understand why he may not want to move, whether he does or not is a different question.
