He's been on a pre booked family holiday and left his agent to do most of the negotiations. He wants to have face to face talks befor it all goes through which he's doing now.

I really can't see where the fume and panic has come from. The majority of players I'd imagine we'll be wanting to do deals with are in France so we're hardly missing out on transfer dealings, the majority are going to be done after the Euros.

Pretty sure most people flapping about over this are ones who believe Thomas cook can change your holiday dates at a moments notice.

The director of football position must be an issue.
No manager is going to blindly take a job only to find himself working with/under a man that has totally different ideas to himself.

I think that has to be nailed down before Koeman will commit.

There may be other issues as well , I doubt that they are financial, I think it may have to do with control.
