the last few big announcements were made at half time of big matches, I think the idea is to get it trending on socail media, so they may stick with that tactic?
 

Had Koeman walking through blue corridors, people in EFC shirts in the background. Says paperwork was completed yesterday, will be announced today with press conference later this week.
Also said he's coming because of the ambition of Moshiri to be a top club with new stadium within 3 or 4 years, mentioned 9 league titles only behind man u, Liverpool and arsenal. Will have sizeable transfer budget, along with stadium shows the size of moshiri's ambition.
