The appointment of Rafael could happen if Mosh does what many on here have been demanding. That is; be a hard nosed business man, ignore Bill, and make decisions that are in the best interest of the club i.e. sack Roberto. It also applies when hiring I hope and I expect him to give De Boer, Pelligrini, Rafael and every other candidate due consideration.

You are absolutely right - in this day and age of equality and diversity - every candidate should be given due consideration.

Fat Rafael is not a candidate however so please give it up ! He is simply the Fat Red ****, the dog turd on your shoe after a drunken walk home because you missed the last bus/train.
