Moyes did do a great job but there was always this inferior feeling. The feeling that lead the club captain to say we should be delighted with a top half finish. Moyes works well as an underdog fighting the odds, thats why it didn't work out for him at United. If he took over at Everton it wouldn't be long before he lowered the ambitions of the club to make his goals more achievable. Martinez had many flaws but the one great thing he did was to rid the club of the inferiority complex built up by Moyes.

I don't hate moyes just we have moved on now to bigger and better things.

I agree if we have this so called financial power than appoint Mourinho, or Simeone however if we haven't lets be more realistic and give a second tier manager a chance. RDB Koeman or Moyes. Lets be honest I think David deserves a chance with a bit of cash
