This may have been said before, but as far as I can see being linked with the likes of Mourinho, Koeman, De Boer, Pellegrini etc. is a real positive step up from EFC, what needs to happen in my humble opinion is perhaps let the Mourinho dream go, I like him, he would bring trophies but not sure a 2-3 year commitment is what is needed and even then he may get a strop and walk away, I want success, trophies et al but I think we need to look at the longer game, appoint quickly, get the new gaffer embedded and get them planning.

Man U will not act like City did and will not dump Van Gaal until after the FA Cup, if then, so if Jose is waiting on that then we should act accordingly, Pellegrini, good calibre, knows the Prem, Wins trophies, likes the North West and there is no real animosity towards him from any direction so why not and then De Boer if not.
