I believe we need a proven manager who knows the English game and not another statistics and white board bluffer from lord knows where who won't hit the ground running. Intense, strong of character unafraid of the baying mob nor afraid to challenge players when results aren't good yet savvy enough to get inside their heads to get them at full pelt each and every game.
