Martinez looked okay at Wigan = failed here
Koeman looked okay at Saints = failed here
Silva looked okay in spells = failed here
Howe looks okay at Bmouth = ???
Emery looked bad at Arsenal = ???

Maybe, just maybe... stop thinking managers need PL experience.

Emery does have a positive track record though. I'd definitely have him in if he gets sacked from Arsenal.

What has Arteta done to warrant him being suggested as a Prem manager, he puts the cones out for Pep.

We need someone with a track record of good management of top flight football clubs.

We don't need experience. Experience has failed us every time.

We need a hungry young manager with fresh ideas and ideally someone who understands what our identity is as a club. We are lost right now.

I've given plenty of lengthy posts on why I want him. Various reasons. But mainly because my gut is that he's going to be a big success where ever he ends up.

Club is a disgrace backing this lame duck whilst all the top candidates available get snapped up.

Wish they would just sell up and let new owners with actual ambition take us forward.

I am of the belief we are waiting on someone to be available before sacking Silva. It could be Emery or Benitez who were both linked before. It could be Jesus who's name came up this week.
But If we are and it means waiting another couple of weeks and not appoint moyes or Hughes then so be it.
Next 2 games are extremely tough regardless of who is in charge.

Moshiri actually went on record saying he wants to sign a manager that excites while Kenwright and Denise want Moyes back at the club. Moshiri has ambition. Kenwright being stuck in his “as long as we’re in the prem” ways is what’s killing us.
