We should sign all four up on long term deals. Sack the managers of the first team, U23s, u18s and Ladies teams, put these guys in charge of one team each until the end of the season, give the job to whomever performs the best, statistically adjusted of course, sell off the contracts of the other three at a profit to clubs who desperately need their services.
