It would be pretty expensive to get rid of him and Daniel Levy doesn't spend unless he has to. If he does go, then it could be Spurs, us and United in the market for a manger. I wonder who will pick up the dregs ?

It’s disgraceful that Arteta is a close second in this poll. He has managed one first team game in his whole career. He is in no way qualified for the Everton job. I’d go as far as to say that throwing an assistant manager into a team who are in the bottom 3 mid season is a recipe for relegation . Would be an absolutely ridiculous move and if Everton do that it’s just proof that there is no one with a single brain cell left at the footbll club.
Sammy Lee comes to mind when I think of Arteta. Sat with some decent coaches in the dug out. Never done nothing. ANOTHER yes man, keep paying me some easy money, keep me on the tele and in the limelight.. St, Your so right!

Jose v Levy is never happening. There would be chaos in the first transfer window
could you imagine Jose actually giving over roster/purchase decisions to a DoF? he's never done that and regardless of what he's claimed to have said recently, he's a control freak who demands money to do what he wants

You're thinking of Giampaolo, who has just recently been sacked. Pioli is his replacement and hasn't coached a game for Milan yet.

However, considering Giampaolo only got 7 games and Milan fans are so underwhlemed by the Pioli hiring that #PioliOut has already trended, he might not be in the job long himself.
Ac Milan will never be back with such impatient owners.

considering it will be very likely that Tottenham and/or Real Madrid will come calling, anyone thinking Jose would want to come to Everton has some really great drugs

Think its more method of deduction due to the comments made by Aulas who has said he turned Lyon down as he wants to stay in the PL and has something else lined up so that rules out Real Madrid.

The only viable options in the PL at the minute are Spurs, Man U and us. Cant see him heading back to Man U and Levy v Mourinho would be a car crash so that leaves us.

Still cant see it though but its all a bit wierd. Prob end up at West Ham or something
