I'd be making a Moshiri Out banner if the next manager also follows the path of Koeman and Silva.

Problems are much deeper. We are not buying players with Everton DNA for the past 3-4 years.

"Everton DNA" has gotten us into this mess.

The board should only be asking three questions:

i) does the candidate have a history of winning things, especially football matches
ii) do the teams that the candidate is responsible for display snide, nasty or otherwise ruthless ambition at winning things
iii) would we expect a Champions League club to come in for him within a year

if the answer isn't yes to all three, show the candidate the door
