It will be Moyes if not Anchelotti as we are running out of options. Maybe Marcelino/Emery, as all other names mentioned have declined/staying with their club/not interested in getting back into management just yet.

So far we've been rejected by Pereira, Gallardo, Eddie Howe, and Pochettino. If Ruud Gullit is to be believed it's likely we are going to get rejected by Ancelloti soon. We are never mentioned in the press with Arteta so I suspect he has ruled himself out as well.
This is getting embarrassing. Whoever takes the job is going to be fifth choice or worse.
Incidentally, I saw a truck for Pukka Pies on the M62 heading towards Liverpool. In a moment of despair I thought we had offered fat Sam the job again.
