I think the board would like the elder statesman Ancelotti teamed with the apprentice Ferguson.

We will have to wait to see how this develops but in one week Duncan Ferguson has created more excitement around Everton than we have seen in ages.

The board will be looking to see if there is something in this that can be used by the club.

The buzz he has made is amazing, if it was any other manager that got that win on Sunday it would be a good start, but that Chelsea game will be talked about by young kids for years to come.
