Yes - or a case in which they’ve been trying to find a suitable choice other than Moyes but they are having a hard time finding any takers. This seems like a case of the board being almost entirely split on how to proceed. Hence the dragging out.
After much thought, I am fine with a Moyes appointment. It won’t result in any trophies, but if he can get this squad playing cohesive football and working hard, we will finish somewhere between 9-13.
the biggest thing to me is removing some of the bloat from the squad and getting the best out of DCL, Richarlison, and Moise Kean. Those three are the future.

It’s called desperation mate !Why are people so convinced Moyes could stabilise us? He’s been out of the game for ages and out of our club for even longer than that.
To be honest with the calibre of manager linked to us... DCL probably IS our future.DCL is our future lol lol lol lol
Don’t expect a foreign manager came in with no PL experience. This club is in a relegation battle.
DCL is our future lol lol lol lol
For the immediate future I believe he is. They’ve spent money every transfer window to try and replace him and somehow he keeps getting first team minutes.DCL.... you must be watching a different sport to me
The performance of our last 3 managers (all with EPL experience) would kinda suggest the opposite. There's always an element of gamble in any appointment, but this kinda makes sense to me
True, was a long time ago, it's as mad thinking he would do the same job now as it is still blaming him for our current situation but people still do.Why are people so convinced Moyes could stabilise us? He’s been out of the game for ages and out of our club for even longer than that.
