Chicago needs to take a long, hard look at the coaching staff. The front office had about as impressive an off-season as could possibly have been hoped for, putting together a roster which promised so much on paper but is currently delivering very little on turf.

Having said that, at least they're not the Broncos. That entire franchise seems to have just given up on even trying to compete.
