Just rewatched the game and my initial thoughts were reconfirmed.

they did none of what you claim yesterday, were outplayed and outmatched and a couple of flukey plays and ludicrous drops saved their skin.

That display was extremely worrying for the Eagles, the Chiefs were toying with them, bullied them completely and looking at their fan forums they know they escaped with something.

Replay that game with the same plays and they lose 8 times out of 10.
This is one of the maddest things I’ve ever seen you type on here and that includes all the garbage you used to spout in the Ukraine thread.

Presumably you watched the game then. I know I did - twice.

In the press conference afterwards Hurts admitted they were extremely poor. They gained just over 200 yards total offense and were sacked 6 times.

0 (zero) points in the second half for KC. If your WRs didn’t have hands like rich tea biscuits then maybe you’d have won but they do so you didn’t.

Look at this tool

I know Philly fans are notorious but I didn’t expect it to extend to the coaching staff as well

The coward waiting for the safety of the tunnel before spouting his crap.

Had he attempted this in front of the fans who knows what happens ?

Probably nothing.

The Eagles, and the 49ers are the most notable contenders this season imo. It baffles me why the Chiefs didn't invest in a receiver with solid matter for hands, but they didn't and there is only so much Mahomes can do. The Eagles and 49ers are the two most well-rounded teams on both sides of the ball. The Lions cannot defend and I have lingering doubts about the Ravens closing out games, but I wouldn't mind seeing both of them make a run to the playoffs. I hate Nick Siriani so much and the thought of him lifting a Lombardi with tear-drenched eyes and draped in the American flag makes me want to shoot myself

Can’t believe I agree with Kev but I do. I don’t think the Eagles were good and especially Hurts for a lot of that. They’re going to be tough to beat but I actually think last year’s team was more dominant. They have real holes in the secondary.

And yet the Chiefs and their massive home field advantage lost to them. KC has now played the two best NFC sides at Arrowhead and lost them both. Ominous.

I'd also like to say that the Chiefs are the most overexposed team of my lifetime and that includes the 1985 Bears. Two out of every three commercials during the football has their coach or their players in it. Enough already.

Chiefs are pretty beatable this year too I agree with that. I just think Philly’s record is a bit misleading. They aren’t a notch above the rest of the NFC to me. They’ll probably have home field though so they are going to be favorites.

Lost games that they threw away and by very tight margins. On both occasions you could replay those games, and 8 or even 9 times out of 10 the Chiefs win, and win comfortably.

Remember they lost in the regular season last year to Buffalo and Cincy who were both serious contenders - in the end it counted for nothing because this is a team that from preseason onwards is concentrating on January and February.

As an aside, the defense is the best I’ve ever seen it, and may well be the best in the league.

As for over exposure - well if you are a dynasty and favourites to win the Super Bowl for the third time in 5 years with what many agree is the most talented quarterback they’ve ever seen, then that level of exposure is par for the course.
