He's just not the type of QB that beats teams in X-and-long situations. He needs the run to keep the opposition defense honest. If the defense can tee off on him, he has a bad time.

Baltimore probably have this drive and the next (if they keep KC out of the end zone) to figure something out before they're forced into a problematic game plan with the rest of their time. At a minimum, they need field position and a breather for the defense on this drive.
