Love Tim Cahill, it was amazing and so unexpected when he walked onto the pitch after the West Ham game.

Hero of the Moyes era.

...top pro, top man and as an old fella on here who has seen most of the best, I would say Cahill is worthy of inclusion in any list of Everton greats.

just watched all his goals on YouTube. Now I am sad. I don't think any player in the last 30 years comes close to stirring up feelings like Cahill did...not even Ferguson

Quite simply put 'He was the man' epitomised everything about our great club a true star for any blue

All the attributes of a true Evertonian: loved the club, gave everything on the pitch, always rose to the big occasion, lovely fella

Ohhhh god why did I do that ffs

Love Cahill, one of the only ex players I still follow to see how he's getting on.

Think we kept him a year too long which tainted a few fans opinions but when he was on it in his prime he was a f*cking nuisance for the opposition.

Yeah, I remember Evertonians were the only football fans who weren't shocked when he left. In all the papers and on the radio presenters were saying Moyes was crazy to sell him. Still love the guy though.

Never did find out the reason for the red in his last game(think it was his last)
Anyone know ?

Didn't see it but apparently Cabaye pushed a ball-boy or something, and as a proper leader of the team and ambassador of the club and the mentality it represents, Cahill took it upon himself to let Cabaye know that this was not the way one should behave.
