True, but it's worth noting that nobody has reported on talks with Monchengladbach for Elvedi other than Di Marzio. Not sure what to believe.

Yeah that's true but Di Marzio is the one that first reported the Beto move and he is one of the better sourced Italian guys.

I can completely understand how some people have insider knowledge and can break or confirm something is happening but unless you are actually Thelwell himself, how can you say with total certainty that we are not currently negotiating with someone?

I agree, just waiting for more reports. Di Marzio is normally quite reliable and doesn't tend to report transfer news unless there's some truth in the deal.
