I’m a fan, respected his work at Frankfurt. I think he could be the actually-qualified working class manager we’ve needed since Moyes. Looks dapper in a suit too.
La de flipping da.
I'm told I've done Karaoke in there before... But i've no memory, I must have been absolutely rotten.
He had three world class attackers and finished 10th and 8th yeah? Was there something more to it?

World class?????? You may want to go back and check the stats on these apparent world class attackers during Kovac’s seasons.

Jovic, Rebic and Haller are all highly rated.
Regardless, he finished 8th and 10th.
Well in his first season as manager there (2016-17) only Rebic played for Frankfurt and he scored 2 goals all season.
In his final season (2017-18) he had all three and they combined for a world class tally of 23 league goals.
Maybe look at the facts before you chat wham.
The Frankfurt stuff, outside the cup win, seems concerning.
What went wrong at Bayern? Would he a better choice than Marcelino de Valencia?
Even if I'm wrong, I'm still asking you why his work stands out by finishing 8th and 10th.
Why's it concerning? Are Frankfurt meant to win the Bundesliga or something
Err I'd be happy with either, I think maybe the fans would want more Marcelino style football though don't you think? They all fell in love with Brown Shoes.
