Attacking from full back where you can see more in front of you and your winger can create space by dragging the opposing full back away is completely different from attacking further forward. I've played both positions at a decent(ish) level.

Bale is a rarity.

Being a fantastic attacking full back is not a waste of anyone's talent. If anything full backs have become one of the most important positions on the pitch.

i think that’s an issue with google
