i make this place a better place by finding fully grown adult men who get all precious and upset over some meaningless reputation plug on to an internet forum. i am serving you up as an example fish face. it is a sign that they are not a good fit for grandoldteam as their insecurities and jealousy manifest itself in other areas and bring down the standards. now are you sure you want to get all dr freud with me you rat??

Danny dips into his own pocket to make up the difference between what's raised by various means and what it actually costs to keep it online.

Danny gave @the sniderman the ability to rep to 100

I'd day he pretty much has the right to do that without people continually moaning about it.
On the flip side, he's also said that the rep add-in is pretty much "end of life", so I'm sure he knows what he's doing.

But you're the one making a big deal out of all of this, bragging to all the forum about what your doing. You're just not explaining why certain posters or post deserve this justice.

Like Donald's post earlier, you decided you didn't like it and let everyone know you didn't like it but you failed to show bystanders the error or Donald's way. If you want us to learn you need to teacher us better. The stick isn't working obviously otherwise you'd be negging less and not more.

It looks like your ultimate aim just to have a forum of Snidey cultists rather than a better forum.

Do you have a go at characters from TV and books when they do stuff you don't like?
