I'm worried for him though, mate. People come back stronger and wiser from genuine ban-hammer injuries. Retreating into his fortress of solitude is something a poster can get all to used to until, alas, they never return.

His problem wasn't that he wanted a break though mate, rather he felt that he couldn't help himself spending too much time on here so it was a good idea to go cold turkey for a bit. That way he can strike a better balance when he returns.
