No in's, what is our best team?

I’d go the same except Gomes instead of Delph and Walcott instead of DCL on the right wing. If there was a single injury though we’re immediately into players not good enough.
My front three are quite narrow, I wouldn't have DCL on the wing. Walcott would definitely have use though if we wanted to add a counter attacking element to the team.

Pickford
Branthwaite keane mina holgate
Coleman digne
Gordon walcott
Richy dcl
4 centre backs two wingbacks no cms. Hoof it to richy and dcl

Pickford
Holgate Keane Mina Digne
Walcott Gomes Gbamin Gordon
Richarlison DCL

And the above is why, without serious and numerous quality signings, we'll be bottom half again next season. Nowhere near good enough.

The three worst midfield performances I can think of this season was against Liverpool kids, Chelsea (a), and Wolves (a). If I added two more, it would be against Southampton and Bournemouth post lockdown.

I don't think Delph started any of those games.

I don't like Delph, but I think he adds the qualities and balance to the team I selected.

He's a bellend but I think that is exactly what we need in midfield a lot of the time. Davies and gomes far too polite letting their attackers waltz through

Even as a joke, its scary we could potentially put out this team. It would struggle in league 1.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks so. After watching Tom Davies post lockdown I'd honestly have Besic in over him if Delph wasn't around.

No Davies to be seen anywhere.

I’m in.
I like Davies as a unique, quirky lad. But he's very much the player who goes on the coach to away games and doesn't get a spot on the bench. That is unless someone pulls up with an injury in the warm up!
