No motivation

Ok, crimbo is over and I've doubled my body weight in the process.

I have absolutely no motivation to hit the gym or get fit.

Any tips or tricks to get that motivation back?

Surely I'm not alone in this?
Easy, and sustainably does it.

Week 1 - Scran whatever you like, but only at mealtimes
Week 2 - Count your calories and stick to a deficit goal to start dropping the timber
Week 3 - Get off your arse and get moving. Motivation comes AFTER you get it done

Unless this was meant as a more jokey thread in which case cheese on toast etc
 

You just have to get out there.

Due to my body now looking like a 2nd semester Cup framed woman with a feeling I'll start lactating if I don't do something quickly, I strapped on the sneakers last night and went out for a 5k run with Mrs P. Enjoyed it, felt better for it and will do it repeatedly until February when I'll finally allow myself to be weighed.
