That’s indeed a fast tortoise. It reminded me of a time in Colombia when we used to have big turtle as a pet, that would get harassed all the time by our basset hound until one day he had enough and took a bite of his hanging lips and stayed there for a few minutes until the hound shook his head so hard that the turtle finally let go. However after that encounter, the dog never messed with that turtle again lol
