That is on Dyche for that for me, where were the subs when we were under the cosh ? Where was the game management ? We had to win that game. And bringing Tom Davies on, why he is a nothing player who will probably never score for Everton again. We slagged off Lampard for game management well that was no better.

Fine if we win the next home game, I guess
Not really. Even a home win next week does guarantee to draw Forest back to us. A win today did. We'll take whatever wins we can get, but people are deluding themselves if they think today's point was a good one. It's another missed opportunity to defeat a direct rival. We couldn't beat Forest in two attempts this season, have already lost at home to Southampton. Leicester, and Wolves, and been beaten at West Ham and Bournemouth. Those are the results of a relegated side. Today was a chance to rebalance the trend - and it was missed.

Utterly convinced we’d lose today. A point gained. I firmly believe we were consigned to relegation pre-Dyche so I’ll just take a bit of fight, which it looks like we got today at least.

Worrying that no manager trusts our squad enough to make subs at a reasonable time though. Must be some god-awful performances in training.

Our “better” players never show up when needed the most. The same thing can be said about Dyche today. For me, he’s been fine but like you said, he froze/bottled it.
There are no better players. They are all shockingly bad, and championship level, Pickford aside.

FFS

I was expecting a loss so how is that a shocking result considering these haven’t lost at home since November ?

Not what we need but shocking ?

Do me a favour
It was a terrible result because a win would have meant everything and a draw does nothing. We are on the brink and the games are only going to get more difficult

Not happy we didn’t we but if you can’t win don’t get beat. Lampard would have been ok if he could have drawn against Southampton, Wolves etc.

I’m not happy as again I think we deserved the win. Brennan Johnson plays well against us, that’s it. I was shouting at the tv before he scored for us to go 5 at the back. I would have brought Onana off for Mina, but it’s all ifs and buts.

I wish I didn’t like football, honestly.
