….it was a game we could’ve won and it was a game we couldn’t afford to lose. Probably relieved more than anything at the final whistle.

i‘m of a view that we need to finish above Forest to stay up.

2-2 away against Forest is a good result. I'm happy with that.

Before the match maybe but absolutely not after how it went. We had the game for the taking but due to basic errors and a lack of bottle from players and manager, we lost 2 points that we wont be getting back.

Big plus is how shocking the Hammers were, they were awful against Brighton. Showed no fight whatsoever. Between us, Forest, Leeds and them. All utterly crap.

Problem is I think we're the crappest out of that group you mention.

We needed a little bit of luck today but we have to go again on Saturday. Quality was lacking in the final 3rd but what I seen today was the team stand up to a Forest team that unbeaten in 9 at home so it’s not all negative.

Goals have been a problem. But what's most worrying has been the goals conceded.

Two goals scored but the attacking play was just dreadful. Can't just blame the forwards because virtually no player in our team looks comfortable on the ball.

At Goodison especially we are going to need to sustain attacks and I don't think they are capable.

Was stunned when Doucoure picked out Gray with that cross as we seem to find a defender every single time we get in behind out wide.

Come on. Players kept losing their heads in key moments. Manager lost the plot with his game management and the club have failed to bring in reinforcements to help the worst squad in the league.

Nothing to do with the officials today.

Literally 10 seconds later Doucoure “fouled” Ayew by breathing on him. Which was a reoccurring theme throughout the match.

Think about that yellow given to Tarkowski when he literally did not touch the man at all.

Yeah, but we could have been ahead of them. That's the difference. We've blown that today and no mistake. If they had lost, panic would become a factor. As it is, they have kept us at a safe distance for now.

Oh yeah it's a big opportunity spurned but I guess on the plus side we scored twice away from home against team who are unbeaten in 9 games even if is astounding that they haven't lost in all that time.

We miss DCL in games like today as an outlet to hold the ball up front in games like today, just to get us up the pitch. Even if he’s not scoring he brings midfielders into the game. Whether it’s Maupay, Simms or Gray- none of them are good at bringing the ball down and holding it up.

They were rubbish but that 2nd goal was a peach of a finish. They normally finish in row Z

The referee was a parody, how did Davies get booked and not Denis who practically tried to rip his head off, the crowd reffereed that game, just like us to get a homer. Ref bottled the whole game along with Dyche.

To be honest I was hoping Davies got a 'red' for that..
