If be tempted to keep him for another year, on lower wages.

Wouldn't start him but if we needed to throw on a little crazy for the last 10-15 minutes of a game, he'd be ideal
Don't get me wrong, I like the lad in many respects. Always gives 100%, seems to love the club and comes across as a nice bloke.
I would prefer him in a DM role though as it's so frustrating watching move after move break down with a poor pass.

Scoring a gaol does not merit a new contract for the most He is a useless lump.
I'd be happy if he signed a 1yr + 1yr option and he has to struggle along on 70grand a week...and I suspect he will be happy to do so as well - if it's offered, which may depend on whatever the clubs wages policy for next season is.

Loved seeing Davey going mad with the players & fans at the end of the game, brilliant, you can see and feel his love for the club in every interview as well.

Loved our press and how positive we were with our passing yesterday, unsettled a very solid Forest side from minute one.

Didn’t realise we had this good a record here. UTFT

good solid performance against another team at the top of the league Branthwaite for me MOM
Makes me chuckle the idiot comments on here moaning about Moyes must be stupid kids on hols

Your alive. Leicester not getting beat has you saying something, even if a icon  . Great draw though to be fair mate, while Brighton cant beat any lower down teams, including ourselfs at their home ground. Think thats 5 teams they've failed to beat home by the bottom now
Barely 😂

Yesterday was just about the best footballing day I've had in 2025 so let me have it haha

Had a great afternoon in Nottingham and a little trip down memory lane( and Meadow Lane). I used to live in the city for 5 years and never saw us win at the City ground once whilst I lived there and stopped going to that ground as I was obviously a Jonah!
My memory is that Pearce/Gary Parker/Woan would score a blammo to beat us.
Had pre-match drinks and food at Meadow Lane and watched the City game and then onto Forest…Notts County is very different to the ground I went to for the FA Cup quarter final in 1984 and the sun was shining!
I thought we were good value for all 3 points and great to keep going right to the end to secure the victory. I thought Forest were poor and maybe deflated by the earlier City result which ramped up the pressure on them.
Despite the problems on the trains trying to get back to London our mood was lightened by recalling an injury time winner to keep us smiling!

Sounds like you were in Nottingham in the days when I managed to go to most away games at the City Ground. Have lived in Nottingham since about 1978 ish. I can never remember us winning there, usually a 1-0 defeat and an incredibly boring game. My recollection of those days is of a winger called Franz Carr running rings around us all game and him never being able to do it against any other team. Used to enter the ground in the home end as they only charged a quid for kids in the home end whereas it was £2 in the away end, then my accent would get me and my mates moved into the away end by a kindly copper.

I was at that 1984 quarter final game as well on the exposed tinder bank they used to call a stand!!!!!

Oh happy days indeed.
