Fair enough Cletus (and you wouldn't be in any way associated with them now would you). But when it is allowed, and people joke about somebody who tries to stand up, you get a general feel for the overall stance the forum has. It may not be a true reflection of every posting member, but it is enough to soil the reputation, which the incident in question has done.

As much as you cannot accept racism in any form. It is a bit of a generalisation to write off a whole forum and it's posters as racists. OK, maybe something should be done with this 'Staveros' fellow, but overall, the majority on there are reasoned people.

Just my humble opinon of course.

I don't disagree that the majority are reasonable people, thank God, but they are not the ones setting the agenda. The tone of most sites is set by what the mods allow hence my comments are accurate as proven by the fact that such material exists on those sites.

And, I do agree that it is the mods that set the tone and they have been a tad naive to overlook and do little at the time about 'Staveros'. Especially as the guy who's forum it is, is from N. Ireland.

But, to pretty much start a campaign on another forum about the 'nazi pig dogs at nsno' is extreme to say the least. I've also seen that the main mod of nsno had come on here 'nsno si' was it? (i'm not sure, I just read that he had been on) to discuss the campaign against him that this thread has turned into.

What was the outcome of this? Again, i wasn't around when he came on to discuss with the guy who began this thread. Was there an outcome, or has the poster of this thread refused to engage into a discussion?

Why not, he was discussing things that happened to him in a place where he will be heard and not abused for his views.

Si didn't come here to defend himself, he came here with the sole intention of starting something unpleasant with Suits here.

Strange how you defend sites who do not stop racist material but criticise an individual who tried to do something about it. I assure you that if Suits attacked anyone here because of colour or creed he wouldn't last very long but why should he be prevented from protesting about something you agree is wrong?

oh dear, for someone following without indulging, you havnt seen a great deal.

the moderator named 'chris' on that site is responsible for comments about birmingham and indian people.

si is responsible for threatening me with isp, police and blacklist action because i flagged comments made about/against indians and irish.

rhys was the mod i had hoped better of, he/she defended staveros and later i saw my protestations were the butt of jokes told by all three mods.

Regarding Si and his seeking converstaion, it started and finished with 'come round mine and lets av yer'.

He is responsible for his forum, he has a duty to watch for personal abuse so that his forum doesnt become a breeding ground for hate associated with everton fc. He is responsible for banning me and for what reason? decency is what. So as he has washed his hands of me suddenly he is bothered what i say over here? he doesnt like my signature? he has a pm he can answer if he is up to it. the facts in it are the same presented in this thread.

He let himself down, and he doesnt like being called to book. cowards never do.

From what I have read on here, I am in total agreement with you, suits. I came here yesterday after browsing through nsno. (I shall now add this forum to my daily browse of the internet in an attempt to avoid my work.) And, that's when I saw this thread and it sparked my interest as i had just come from there.

I am sorry if I have come across as taking sides and i understand your suspicions of me. Coming so soon after nsno si came on to offer to 'sort it'. Of course, somebody coming from the background of what the racist comments where about, does not condone it's use. I guess my only real point here is that the nsno forum on a whole is not a breeding ground for racial hatred. Not from what I've seen and read anyway and going over the thread that was shown on here. There were people who had pulled this guy up on what he had said.

It just seems that a certain few individuals have sullied the site with their actions.

If it had been an isolated case, then perhaps forgivable. sadly, staveros is in my opinion chris's stooge, chris is a moderator and is supposed to lead by example.

some of that boards members did also point out their disgust, but did stav apologise? did the admin step in and tell him 'no more'?

their actions and inactions invite more problems, more abuse and more racism. because of their behaviour they are guilty by association where they are not guilty in specific cases.
...And removing me for objecting is an admission of guilt.

I feel sorry for the good people that frequent that site, that treat each other with respect and are subject to the daily malicious vitriol from a stooge and its backers.

I only wish my emails to our club pointing out the problems at nsno.co.uk would be answered and for them to cut nsno off.

Sorry, that suggested that I was alerted to this thread from something in nsno. It was just coincidence that I came here after coming from nsno. I was just looking to see what other everton forums where about, as I had only ever been on kipper and nsno.

I don't want to stoke your paranoia. I've not read anything regarding this site on nsno.

My only connection with Clint Mathis is from the computer game 'fifa '98: Road to the World Cup'. On one occasion, i decided to take the US through the qualifications, and Mathis was a fairly decent addition to my squad.

Alas, nothing outside of the pixelated world have I really encountered Mr Mathis, apart from a very tenious interest. Is he still in the MLS?

He's barely hanging on with NY as a squad player but his best days are certainly behind him.

I love that...when people say that. They have no clue to the size or anything of the person they're saying it to but they say it anyway. I was on the 360 the other night and 2 people were arranging to **** eachother in real life over team killing......
