Lads and ladetts. Am quite possibly goin to New York for 5 nights the week before crimbo! Goin to see Oasis and get some prezzies an stuff.

Anyone been and can they recommend any touristy stuff that actually worth while doin with it being so close to Christmas.

Shes well and truly been fired off lad! Tezza has been rampaging it up the last 6 weeks. Got a very good hit to kill ratio to. Anyway, Empire State Building any good?

Walk across Brooklyn Bridge. Day or at night in particular - fantastic views of the city.

Manhatten relief.. Tak the subway to Brooklyn and get up for a stroll through the neighbourhoods. Its da real deal. Loads of great bars/cafes/scenes..

Central park - Lennon fan? Check out the Dakota.

MoMa - they do free entry.. i think on a thursday?

Empire State.. good to look up at ..

Times Square. At night. cool.

the ice skating thing your after happens in front of the Rockefeller Centre/building.

check prince street and soho area for cool (not massive dept store/brand name) shopping - indie music stores etc..

have a hot dog. $1

my 1st thought when i went and it was winter, and they do as well.
i was amazed how close it all is together,allthe places that we know from when we were kids are right next to each other.


watch out for those warriors though.
