It was just hilarious, 4 strikers running in with no defenders and no one olpressuring the cross, yet he still somehow managed to pea roll it behind the lot of them

Fine attention to detail.

Games are won by small margins with precision and correctness.

@2.34 mins, verbal communication of what is required ("twisting and turning" ) is not being taken on board.

The training element should be stopped and the coach run through it again demonstrating what is required visually by example and done so until it is properly performed, understood and a level of finesse is achieved.
