Official Club media thread

What the actual hell is going on with our media people?

This is the second video released by our people of leicester scoring past us.

They posted all the 6 goals (ie the main highlights) from when we beat them 4:2 in one post on their instagram and Facebook. Nothing particularly odd about that.

But rather than linking to the complete post, you have linked directly to the 2 parts of it that are the Leicester goals.o

What an odd thing to do. I haven't had any of our goals pop onto my feed. Maybe they don't understand how the reels work but you don't get blocks of six showing on people's feeds. Also I, and probably a lot of people, don't click on individual accounts to check everything they've posted. Maybe don't make their goals into reels next time?

This one is significantly different -- and better -- than any previous version they've done in years. Watching this, it's clear that they (1) had more cameras at this game than they've had in the past, (2) took a lot more footage than they usually do, and (3) took a wider variety of footage than they usually do (e.g. the shots taken from the dugout during the game and the shots of the pregame festivities -- never seen that type of stuff in the past.) Given the Friedkin's business in Hollywood, I wonder if new staff has already been brought in in this department.

Or maybe Moyes is just that good.

Not that I anticipate that this would happen in football over here - but in the NFL they have something called 'Mic'd Up' where the players & coaches conversations are actually recorded in real time. Think something like that would be hilarious personally

Only small technical gripe - they should be filming or rendering these in 24 frames per second to give it that movie look. Adds drama and makes it distinct from TV cameras.
