These remain among my top favorites. They just mash up fruit and peppers and stuff it into a bottle. Incredible.
Another one of my favorites. The yellow is quite good on eggs. The green is mild. Most use a Panamanian pepper called the Aji-Chombo.
This is probably my favorite nationally/commercially-available hot sauce.
The champion of all the breakfast burrito's you can get at all the Mexican food places here.

The days of my sphincter looking like a chewed orange are well and truly over. I like things to have a good spice, but the extreme days are gone.
Brown sauce is the spiciest I go.

Regular green El Yucateco habanero is my FAVORITE hot sauce ever.
I actually have the exact variant (in your pic) in my cupboard right now.
Tried them all over the years, but pound for pound this is the best (imo).
You can buy it anywhere, it goes with anything, isn’t overly dry like a lot of the hot sauces, has a really smooth taste and if you want to ramp it up, they do an extra hot one.
Whenever I go away, I take a bottle with me and if we go for an Italian, I’ll sneak a bottle in with me, to liven a pizza up if I’m having one.
Reckon I get through a bottle a week.
