The young Dario played in midfield in his early days. I remember him doing a wonderful job man-marking George Best at Goodison: George was non too effective after one early Terry-tackle. He also had the task of marking Bally when he played against us for Arsenal just after signing for them. Think it was Bingham who converted him to right-back.
