What I like about that photo is that it's shot with the Everton end in the background. So many Wembley cup final photos you see now have an empty stadium in the background, with the losing support having already left. I think it would be better if both the winning and the losing side still did a full lap of honour, taking in the opposing supports end first. That way the stadium would still be near full for longer. (On a related theme, why does it now take so long to get the sides up to collect their medals? Getting fed up waiting for the presentations is another reason for the stadium emptying out.)
