As a 10 year old I remember we had an English bloke called Hughes who tried something similar with our under 11 team, using a subutteo pitch and players. I had the International Edition (with floodlights, fence surrounds and TV camera tower) at home and all I wanted to do was have a game of subutteo there and then - I certainly wasn't listening to yer man droning on.
Also he always called me Brian including when roaring from the sidelines. Brian is not my name needless to say!!
